The staff from cleaners to management are helpful and considerate, the location is fantastic with a nearby bus stop and plenty of restaurants and bars around.

Location close enough to the restaurant Velina Petia and Geogi, a taxi to the Edro III Shipwreck and shop really near. Right next to Maa - Palaiokastro. Spacious bedroom. Exceptional meals...

We loved our comfortable room with daily replenished supplies, stunning view, and convenient location close to everything we wanted to visit here.

The hotel is charming and a great place for a holiday, offering a good view of the bay. the rooms are particularly good with large bathrooms and convenient amenities like a mini-bar, balcony, iron, and ironing board. - the hotel features a great...  

The most important part was the very friendly nature of the staff. I could not be looked after any better. It was beautifully clean.

The food and drinks were a little bit too expensive.

The standard king room here is well-appointed with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and terry dressing gowns.

All in all - had a glorious 7 night stay. Got standard king room with beautiful views and sunsets as expected, enjoyed it. Hotel's location was magnificent, to everything you 've told me. Actually everything was very good,...

The hotel is a bit outdated, rooms including bathroom, fitness room etc. need renovation

The spot was awesome, just a stone's throw away from Theo's fish restaurant, and a quick bus ride to the harbor. the food they offered was top-notch! 🍴

The breakfast was sufficient and varied, only the coffee was much too thin. Beds were good, pleasant surprise of the pillow selection.

location and quiet as had policy of no kids under 12

no management....... each sector ie pool area, restaurant area, amenities, customer relations non existant for complaints. no air conditioning in reception, bar areas or restaurant.... they choose to follow their own rules of which restaurant is open one day and another the executive chef decides to close. the staff therefore do not work as a team and argue in front of clients. at breakfast no glasses, no oramge juice, no milk, no butter.... no supervision of waiters or management.... no poolside waiters leaving you to have to constantly go inside to ask for drinks, food and ice buckets. bathroom stank of foul air from waste pipe in sink. the hotel was run to suit the staff, not the customers.

Fantastic property with really kind staff, from cleaners to management. Amazing location, especially in the Ambrosia restaurant. - Close proximity to shops, bus stop, the beach, and a taxi to the Edro III Shipwreck....  

Lovely helpful staff , nothing was any trouble for them and was made to feel very welcome and special . would good back to this hotel in a heartbeat . excellent food especially breakfast .
